How to Place Online Orders

Just as if you were browsing through a store, you can add items to your shopping as you click through our site. You can change or cancel your order at any time.

Step 1: Choosing your Items

Once you find a style you like, go to the individual style description page and:

1. Find the Material and Color you want to order.
2. Choose the correct Size and Width from the pull down menus. Refer to the sizing section for the correct European>American size conversion.
3. Click on the Go to Payments button.
4. You can then proceed to the Pathfinders Birkenstock checkout. A receipt will be automatically generated for your records.

Step 2: Payment

When you click on "Go to Payments", you will go to the final check out page. You need to:

1. Choose a Shipping Method.
2. Enter your information.
3. Type comments to accompany your order, if desired.
4. Select Continue
5. Enter your credit card information.
6. When you select Continue, your order will be sent.
7. You will receive a receipt via email.

International Orders

For all orders placed outside of the U.S. we ask that you email us at sales@pathfindersbirkenstock.com for item availablity and shipping costs. We are currently unable to process international credit cards, therefore we ask for payment by PayPal or international money order. Once we receive your request we will respond with availability and total to include shipping cost via insured U.S. air mail.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, shoes may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit. Shoes must be returned within 30 days. Shoes must be in NEW CONDITION. (Shoes that have been worn outside are not considered new)

To Return Shoes

1. Please unbuckle all of the straps
2. Return shoes to us in the original shoe box and shipping container.
3. Enclose a note with exchange, return or store credit instructions.
4. If sending shoes back for exchange, please send a $8 check for shipping/handling expenses.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped out within two business days from the time we receive your order. If an item is not in stock, we can order it, and it will be shipped out separately from the rest of your order, with no extra shipping charge. Allow an extra week for out-of-stock items.

Shipping Options
(U.S.A. only; lower 48 States; physical addresses)

Next Business Day orders placed on Thursday afternoons or Friday mornings will be delivered on the following Monday. Next Business Day orders placed on Friday afternoon through Monday morning will be delivered the following Tuesday.
